Effective October 7, 2026. Here's what Pearland Foundation Experts ("we") collects through this website and our phone number, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your request: name, phone, email, city and project details sent by form or email, with the time and page it came from.
- Phone calls: the number you call from, when, and for how long, logged by our phone provider. Calls and voicemails may be recorded.
- Site visits: basic technical details from our host, like pages viewed and device type. No advertising cookies.
- Bot protection: forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical details from your browser.
Why we collect it
- To pass your request to a local foundation repair contractor
- To respond to you
- To keep records of referrals
- To stop spam and abuse
Who we share it with
- One or more participating contractors serving your area, so they can contact you. Those contractors pay us a referral fee, and our phone line may route your call to one of them.
- Vendors that run our phone, email, forms and hosting.
- Authorities, if the law requires it or to protect rights or safety.
We never sell your details, and we won't send you marketing for anything unrelated.
Recording
A message at the start of each call says calls may be recorded.
Retention
Records are kept only as long as needed for referrals and business records, then deleted.
Your options
Email info@pearlandfoundationexperts.com to ask what we have, correct it or delete it. Contractors who already received your request hold their own copy.
Children
Our service is aimed at adult property owners and residents arranging repairs. We don't knowingly collect children's information.
Updates
When the policy changes, so does the effective date.
